Jeanette Oliver, General Counsel

Jeanette Oliver provides legal guidance, counsel, and support to all of the company’s business divisions, including real estate, project development, power sales, fuel supply, environmental, and finance.  Jeanette has considerable legal experience in the energy sector, having previously worked for a national energy-focused law firm, providing legal counsel to oil and gas companies in the Marcellus and Utica shale plays.  During her 15+ year career, she has also handled numerous commercial and construction litigation cases, land use applications and appeals, and multiple real estate matters.
