Mike Brady
Chief Executive Officer
Mike Brady is responsible for leading IMG’s aggressive distributed generation growth strategy from project development through long-term power plant operations. He brings to the company over 30 years of industry experience—including TAS Energy, where Mike was President/COO, Pratt & Whitney Power Systems, and GE.
Mike has led power asset development efforts on a worldwide basis bringing to the team growth enabling business processes and project standardization as well as a strong network of project development and operations professionals. In addition, Mike led his team through several equity raises, two debt refinancing's and most recently led the company through the successful sale of their 126MW of wholesale gas reciprocating power assets to Tenaska.
Joe Broadwater
VP - Construction & Operations
Joe Broadwater is responsible for design, construction, operations and maintenance of IMG Energy Solutions power generation facilities. After serving 6 years in the U.S. Navy, Joe has over 30 years’ experience in the civilian power generation industry.
Throughout his career his experience included startup and O&M of waste to energy facilities, large combined cycle facilities, simple cycle gas turbine facilities and natural gas fired reciprocating engine facilities. Prior to joining IMG in 2014, Joe held the position of Plant Manager with PIC Group, at a gas fired reciprocating engine generation facility in eastern New Mexico.
Mike Mooney
VP - Finance
Joining IMG in 2014, Mike brings over 30 years of finance and accounting experience to the team. In his role as VP of Finance, Mike currently oversees all financial matters at IMG. Prior to joining IMG, Mike worked in both public accounting and the private sector, where he spent 12 years in the power generation space, including leading the Plant Operations analysis team at Reliant Energy.
Jeanette Oliver
General Counsel
As General Counsel of IMG, Jeanette provides legal and executive guidance and governance to all the company’s business divisions. A seasoned attorney, having considerable private sector experience as well as in-house expertise, Jeanette has been vital to the successful growth and development of IMG since joining the company in 2016.
In this role, Jeanette has led the legal efforts in support of three project portfolio financing transactions, numerous derivates deals, and equity raises, and has handled all contract negotiations in connection with the development, construction, and power sales for all of IMG’s assets. Most recently, Jeanette served as lead counsel for IMG during its successful sale to Tenaska of 126MW of power assets.
August Seibel
EVP - Risk Management
August Seibel leads commercial and risk management efforts for IMG Energy Solutions and is also instrumental in business development and setting corporate strategy. August brings 20 years of industry experience in commodity marketing, contracting, asset optimization, and wholesale market activity.
He possesses expert knowledge of U.S. commodity markets including in market structure, pricing, supply, and regulatory affairs. August joined IMG in 2015 from Direct Energy (now NRG) to lead the Commercial team.
Jamie Habberfield
Sr. Manager - Business Development
Jamie Habberfield is responsible for leading new project development, evaluating acquisition and sales opportunities, and working with all stakeholders to lead projects to successful commercial operation. Jamie has over 15 years of power industry experience, including developing natural gas and solar projects for WGL Energy and Scalo Solar.
Prior to entering project development, he worked at Duquesne Light Company where he led wholesale power procurement, renewable energy compliance, and PJM market activities. Jamie also led multiple regulatory programs in front of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, served on PJM and state-level committees, and has contributed to utility audits as an independent consultant.
